Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant/Social Media Manager to assist an ADHD Coach for professionals in the tech industry.

The ideal candidate should possess active listening skills, effective communication, empathy, and preferably an understanding of how people with ADHD operate.

He/she will work 20 hours a week starting at 6am Philippine time to provide overlap with the Pacific time zone for quick meetings with the client as needed.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client’s goals and objectives.
2. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools and metrics to optimize strategies and drive results.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various marketing tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
6. Design visually appealing templates for social media and email newsletters.
7. Develop a social media and content calendar aligned with client’s engagements.
8. Edit and curate videos for social media, incorporating client testimonials.
9. Conduct outreach to both the prospects and past clients to maintain connections
10. Research speaking opportunities, suitable events and conferences aligning with the client’s expertise and target audience
11. Organize digital files, establish file naming conventions, and manage Google Drive.
12. Set up a project management workspace in ClickUp and utilize the platform for communication necessary to complete projects and tasks.
13. Watch loom videos to understand and carry out instructions properly, and ensure clarifications are raised in a timely manner.
14. Help enhance security with LastPass.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in creating and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
• Strong active listening, effective communication, empathy, and preferably an understanding of ADHD.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
