Job Duties:

– 3X a day, marketing no shows as unqualified calls in hyros From slack.
– Helping organize Hubspot assets by coordinating with the team.
– Granting team members access as needed
Organizing content in drives.
– Update Calendly settings if needed for troubleshooting and for weekend availability.
– Comment management on campaigns
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
– Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
– Exquisite communication and people skills
Can adhere to deadlines.
– Coordinate tech requests and help assist teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Coordination:

– Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and communications.
– Coordinate with vendors to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and deadlines.

Administrative Support:

– Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Maintain and organize marketing databases, files, and records.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the marketing team.
– Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence related to marketing activities.

Marketing Initiatives:

– Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials.
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
– Assist in managing social media accounts, website content, and email marketing efforts.
Conduct podcast outreach to potential guests and partners.
– Upload and manage media content across various channels, ensuring proper formatting and metadata.
Tech Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with the tech teams to ensure marketing tools and platforms are functioning optimally.
– Coordinate the integration of new marketing technologies and tools.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing activities.
– Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing systems and platforms.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a related role.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools).

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and technology integration.

Preferred Skills:

– Experience working with vendors and managing relationships.
– Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
– Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
– Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
