Best Delegate is currently seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced independent
contractor to assist with the production of marketing content to help Best Delegate sell our
Model United Nations Products. This role is designed for someone who is excited to help market
and sell Model UN Programs and wants to enhance their career with the company over the next
3-5 years. We are looking for someone who has the capability to work independently as a
contractor and leverage templates, past content, and industry best practices to create new high
performing marketing content. The ideal contractor will have overlapping working hours with the
U.S. Eastern time zone for at least 3 hours per day in the morning. Anticipated hours are 30-40
hours per week at a pay of $7 US Dollars per hour.

Mission for Best Delegate Marketing Associate Contractor
Create a content calendar for email marketing, social media marketing, and blog content.
Produce and publish mass marketing emails, email workflows, and personalized email
sequences. Produce social media, video, and blog content, and ultimately increase sales of
Best Delegate Model United Nations products namely the Model United Nations Institute
Summer Camp and the Virtual Model United Nations Institute Summer Camp.
Key Outcomes
1. Create the master email content calendar that provides helpful content to grow our web
traffic and email list and convert our audience to purchase Best Delegate products.
2. Create and send high quality email marketing content on a weekly basis to our different
target audiences US based Students in grades 6-12, US based parents of students in
grades 6-12, US based Model UN teachers, and our program alumni.
3. Measures and reports on effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns (email and
social) and compares it to goals (ROI and KPIs).
4. Create the social media strategy and produce and post high quality engaging content on
Best Delegate social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) at least
twice per week per platform and engage with the Model UN Community online through
groups, sharing, commenting, and more.
5. Enhance and regularly update the websites including editing key pillar articles
( & ) to improve SEO and lead capture and
troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
6. Manage and clean our Hubspot database to ensure we keep clean contact lists and
marketing contacts and offload non valuable contacts.
Marketing Associate Contractor Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or similar.
– The ideal contractor has previous marketing experience of at least 2 years and is familiar
with marketing strategies, copywriting, social media management, video editing, and
email marketing.
– Previous experience using Hubspot, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube.
– Strong Time Management, Organization & Planning abilities: Plans, organizes, and
schedules, in an efficient, productive, manner while focusing on key priorities.
– Proactive: Understands project objectives and is a self starter. Brings new ideas to the
company by analyzing the marketing funnel.
– Confident speaking and writing in English with the team and customers.
– The ideal contractor will have overlapping working hours with the U.S. Eastern time zone
for at least 3 hours per day in the morning to be available for meetings and respond to
feedback in real time.
