Are you passionate about car audio electronics and ready to drive the marketing efforts of a dynamic e-commerce company? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Marketing & Social Media Manager + Data Entry Team Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Marketing :
1. Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote car audio electronics through newsletters and various social media platforms.
2. Generate innovative ideas for newsletters and promotional campaigns to engage our target audience.
3. Determine promotional product selections and discount promotions to optimize sales and customer engagement.
4. Collaborate with the PPC and creative team to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels.
5. Post marketing campaigns in all Social Media channels.
6. Share promotional concepts with the PPC team ahead of time to ensure sufficient time for ad approval processes.

Data Entry Team Supervision:
1. Oversee and manage a team of 3 product data entry specialists.
2. Assign and distribute data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of projects.
3. Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
4. Ensure accuracy and consistency in product data entries.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and e-commerce.
2. Understanding of car audio electronics is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
