~~~~ INTRODUCTION:
Hi I’m Charles Curry the head of marketing at Authorify. I am looking for a hands on Marketing Associate to join my team. I lead a small but productive team of 5 people at Authorify and we are responsible for creating all the Marketing Campaigns for the company. We aim to bring in 10,000 new leads every month, and around 1,000 new customers.

That means we are building and launching new Marketing Campaigns all the time. Crafting new offers, writing ads, shooting videos, building web pages, order forms, and then connecting them all together and launching them to our email list and with Facebook Ads.

As a Marketing Associate you will be assisting me to help get new Marketing Campaigns built and launched.

You will be delegating projects to the rest of the team, following up with them to make sure they complete their deliverables on time so we can meet our deadlines, doing a quality assurance checks on the campaign to make sure everything is working correctly, and finally giving the “GO LIVE” message to our traffic manager so that they can start promoting the campaign on Facebook and to our email list.

There’s a lot that goes into the job and you will need to have high attention to detail, a drive to push people and get shit done, and the ability to fill in the gaps to take care of tasks that don’t fall under anyone else’s job description. You will be trained how to do most things, but there always new things to learn and figure out.

=> HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL
There are lots of small details that go into launching a new Marketing Campaign. Writing the ad copy, creating the sales page, connecting the payment processing, making sure a new customer gets a welcome email, are just a few examples. If a detail like connecting the payment processor to the order form is not done correctly then our new campaign will fail. The failures cost us time and money, and that’s why it’s very important that the person that fills this role is able to keep track of all the details and execute them without having to be reminded repeatedly.

=> ABLE TO LEARN NEW THINGS CORRECTLY
We are always testing new softwares, services, and new marketing strategies. If we want to test a new text messaging software, you might be assigned to learn how it works. Therefore you must be able to dig in and figure things out, and learn how to make them work correctly.

=> TEAM MANAGEMENT
You will be responsible for managing the team, assigning them tasks, following up with them to make sure those tasks are completed, and helping to get team members unstuck when they come across blockages. You need to be able to connect people together so they can get what they need from each other and move forward.

=> GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
You need to be an over communicator. Sometimes you will need to push on people in order to get their deliverables turned in on time. By touching base with them daily and inquiring about their progress you’ll be able to do that effectively.

=> TECHNICAL ABILITY
We use a lot of different softwares including Hubspot, Stealth Seminar, Meta Ads, and ClickFunnels to name a few. You must be able to learn how each program works and able to connect them together.

By helping us build new Marketing Campaign correctly and efficiently, we will be able to improve our marketing, test new campaigns more often, and improve our results.

This will help the company grow the number of new leads and new customers we are bringing in every month, which in turn will help the company revenue grow.

~~~~ #3 – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS?
Within 6 months I want to be able to hand you a New Marketing Campaign Launch Project and trust that you will be able to work with the team to build it and launch it, without any errors.

In the first 6 months I will teach you how to do this, I will show you how to work with the team and show you who is responsible for getting what done. I’ll teach you how to build a new Marketing Campaign from top to bottom, and I’ll give encourage you to learn how to do things that no one else on the team is responsible for.

I’ll explain to you how to get the copy from our copywriter, how to get that copy built on a web page, how to get the back end details of the web page setup, and then how to test it to make sure it all works correctly. Here’s an examples of a new Marketing Campaign Launch.

New Marketing Campaign Launch Outline:
– Receive New Offer details from Head Of Marketing
– Have the Copywriter create all the copy for the offer
– Have the Designer build the sales page
– Connect the back end payment details on the sales page
– Have the sales video shot, edited, and published to the sales page
– Test everything to make sure it works correctly
– Send the Facebook ad copy to the Traffic Manager
– Launch the campaign – GO LIVE
– Collect results and report back to Head Of Marketing

~~~~ #5 – WHAT ARE THE JOB DETAILS AND PAY?
600-900 PHP Hourly – Paid Weekly
This equates to 100k – 155k PHP monthly

Your working hours (You must be able to work the graveyard shift)
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

You have 2 – 15-minute paid breaks daily with a 1-hour lunch break (lunch break not paid).
