Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using the Instantly platform
Develop and implement marketing strategies to nurture and engage leads throughout the customer lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation efforts
Leverage Hexomatic to create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
Utilize Hexospark to automate lead generation, scoring, and routing processes to drive qualified leads to the sales team
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation
Train and educate team members on marketing automation tools and processes

Requirements:

At least 3 years proven experience working as a Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Instantly, Hexomatic, and Hexospark
Knowledge in HubSpot CRM is a plus
Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and strategies
Proficient in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and nurturing campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and integration with marketing automation tools
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization
