Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack”) is responsible for helping build and drive our marketing automation strategy and execute programs to increase sales lead generation. Responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of marketing automation programs in support of company, marketing, and sales objectives. This role is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and reporting of email campaigns, landing pages, and integrated marketing programs.
Additionally, this individual maintains a current understanding of marketing automation GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” / LinkedIn / Facebook best practices and applies them to the execution of our programs in collaboration with the sales and marketing team. We are looking for someone who can “roll up their sleeves” to do the work necessary to execute on the marketing automation vision. The ideal candidate will be an expert in GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack”, as well as digital marketing technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
• Uses GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” to build, deploy and monitor critical marketing programs, such as engagement programs, nurtures, trigger and batch campaigns, email, webinar and live event programs.
• Create and manage workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, calls-to-action etc. within the GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” CRM platform.
• Writes and edits copy for email marketing campaigns, in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to execute best-in-class GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” programs in support of the buyer’s journey, including adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives.
• Assists in demand generation data maintenance and hygiene within the automation tool, and responsible for accurate segmentation and targeting.
• Implements marketing automation best practices and ensures proper end-to-end testing of programs prior to launch.
• Embraces a test and learn mindset, digs for actionable insight within data by applying response analysis, A/B testing and best practices to optimize all aspects of programs.
• Establishes and delivers marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution, and effectiveness.
• Ensures all program assets and data management programs adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local email laws.
• Identify key areas of opportunity to maximize our use of GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” to show positive ROI for the platform overall.
• Develop SOPs for marketing and sales functions within GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack”.
• Maintain a full technical understanding of GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” and troubleshoot as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” EXPERT and super user (GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack” certification preferred)
• Demonstrated strong content creation and copywriting ability (preferred).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, open-minded and enthusiastic about seeking new solutions to challenges
• Comfortable multi-tasking and eager to take on more projects
• Experience working with sales organizations as it relates to successfully executing a campaign, gaining stakeholder alignment and gathering feedback
• Ability to think strategically
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong marketing operations background with 3+ years of marketing automation experience (GoHighLevel CRM aka “WiseTrack”)
• Extensive experience building workflows, email creation & drip campaigns, landing page creation, form creation, list uploads and data management.
• Demonstrated strong email copywriting ability.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business)
