Job Description

Our company is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist who is highly experienced in course creation, CRM platforms, API development, and artificial intelligence plugins. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of marketing automation strategies and be able to develop and implement automation workflows that align with the company’s objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing automated marketing campaigns, updating our website, and creating an online course infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Zapier, and email automation, and a deep understanding of how to effectively utilize these tools to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing a white-label solution for our CRM platform, using API development to create custom integrations with other platforms, being a CRM expert, and understanding artificial intelligence plugins.

Responsibilities:

-Design and execute automated marketing campaigns and workflows using Zapier and email automation tools.
– Develop and implement an online course infrastructure, including course creation, course management, and student enrollment.
– Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and accurate.
– Develop a white-label solution for the CRM platform, allowing our clients to use it under our brand.
– Use API development to create custom integrations with other platforms, such as Google Sheets or Salesforce.
-Be a CRM expert and provide expertise and guidance to the team and clients.
– Understand artificial intelligence plugins and how they can be used in marketing automation workflows.
– Analyze and assess the company’s operations to identify areas that can be automated, and create SOPs (written, video, flowchart) to streamline processes.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for automation and recommend solutions to improve overall marketing efficiency.
– Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
– Use Lucidchart to draw out a company blueprint that outlines how automation can be used to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on course creation, CRM platforms, and API development.
– Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and strategies, including segmentation, lead scoring, and drip campaigns.
– Expertise in using Zapier and email automation tools to integrate different platforms and automated workflows.
– Ability to develop engaging and compelling course content on the CRM platform.
– Experience with white labeling and developing a white label solution for a CRM platform.
– Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Experience with website management and updates.
– Proficient in using Lucidchart to draw out company blueprints and create SOPs.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess operations and identify areas that can be automated.
– Experience with API development and creating custom integrations with other platforms.
– Understanding of artificial intelligence plugins and how they can be used in marketing automation workflows.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable way.
– Strong vision for strategy within automation, with the ability to develop and implement automation workflows that align with the company’s objectives.
– Be a CRM expert with experience in using different CRM platforms and providing guidance and expertise to the team and clients.
– Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
– Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
