The Role:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to identify, qualify, and convert new leads into paying clients. You will work closely with the CEO and other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with potential clients, and ultimately contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct extensive research to identify and qualify potential clients, leveraging various tools and channels such as social media, industry events, and online platforms.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points to tailor your approach and present compelling solutions.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value proposition of your services and confidently negotiate terms to close deals.
Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and analyze competitor offerings to inform your sales strategies.
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to effectively track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining a clear view of your progress.
Reporting and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to the CEO and sales team to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align efforts, create effective campaigns, and generate qualified leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing deals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate the value proposition of your services.
Proficient in research and data analysis, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and its application in lead generation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
