Position Summary:
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for driving BridgeCom Systems Marketing
objectives for specific groups of products/audiences. This individual will take the lead in
establishing the business’s brand in the marketplace for those products, identifying the correct
audience and messaging, as well as marketing-specific key performance indicators (KPIs), and
effectively driving flow through a holistic marketing approach.
The Marketing Campaign Manager will develop and deliver creative marketing content, analyze
data, lead and coach their teams to integrate and implement recognized best practices. A
successful incumbent will possess a breadth of marketing knowledge ideally in digital marketing
and ecommerce, strong relationship skills, leadership skills working with a small to midsize team
and the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly fast-paced and team-centric
environment. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in marketing and proven
results in creating successful campaigns with a high return on investment. And they must be an
ongoing student of their craft, consistently investing time into learning new and emerging
marketing techniques.

Objectives:
? Learn and understand thoroughly your target market and product line
? Be able to organize campaigns in a way that everyone can see and follow
? Direct team members to perform specific tasks and follow up to make sure those
tasks are being completed correctly
? Keep a pulse on what the customer is saying on social media and also what they
are saying on the phones. Let the customer feedback direct sales offers and
content
? Create content that leads to sales
? Give team training and current information that will help them reach their KPI’s
? Manage marketing projects and collaborate well with all team members
? Create marketing campaigns to meet the goals and priorities of the business. The
goals and priorities are discovered through market research and leadership
directives.
? Know when to hire someone to perform a task
? Drive revenue and profit growth through leading and implementing core marketing
principles and creative ideas through our multiple sales channels
? Measures and reports performance of all marketing team activity and assesses against
goals (Production and KPIs)
? Meet Weekly KPI’s and monthly/quarterly Revenue Targets.
? Be a contributing member of the Marketing Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
? Have a clear understanding of email marketing & social media marketing
? Document and optimize processes
? Communicate BridgeCom Systems’ value proposition to all customers.
? Have a strong desire to excel in a results driven environment.
? Train every day from leaders in the marketing community to stay at peak performance.

? Ability to develop digital and traditional marketing strategies designed to drive return on
investment
? Possess a level of financial acumen in order to develop marketing budgets that align with
the business’s overall budget
? Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives; organize
or schedule other people and their tasks.
? Ability to leverage marketing data to inform decisions for the organization
? Demonstrates the technical ability to work effectively in HubSpot
? Ability to make marketing recommendations that will move the business forward
? Extensive knowledge on how to leverage social media platforms to drive strategy
? Understanding of the various Facebook, Google Ads, Amazon PPC and how to
implement them
? Can effectively measure performance of a marketing campaign and draw conclusions to
make recommendations
? Proven marketing experience and results
? Must put Phrase “Blue M&M’s” in application to be considered
? Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze
information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving
situations.
? Adaptability – Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands;
adjust approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change,

? Experienced documenting process, introducing process to a team, and holding the team
accountable to the standardization

excellence.

Education & Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
? At least 5 years of work experience in marketing, sales, and management
? Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., HubSpot),
project management software (e.g., Asana), and G Suite (Google Slides and Google
Docs)
? Strong leadership skills

Physical Requirements:
? Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Job Type: Full-time, 8am-5pm USA central time hours
