Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and Creative Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing team at our B2B lead generation agency.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the Agency’s Campaigns from (end to end) from setting up the tools provided & working with our lead sources/tools to extract the leads we need & then to run our marketing campaigns for the Agency itself & our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation
Generate B2B & B2C Leads & Set Appointments in Client calendars.
Organize & manage blacklist & lead lists on servers. (data management)
Organize what leads have been used for which campaign.
Use tools like Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Seamless, Lead Partners, Findymail, List Validation.
*Potential to lead & help implement the newest technologies in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in-house tools for lead capture

Campaign Execution
Creatively write email & SMS drip sequences & message sequences using templates provided & using the tools provided.
Use AI Prompting & AI tools to help generate marketing copy (training provided)
Learn what works and what doesn’t & improve where necessary.
Document campaign statistics for the month for monthly reporting. (template provided)
Setup A/B tests & execute tests in order to learn what is working & what isn’t.
Execute email / SMS campaigns & monitor lead levels & opportunity to refill.

Email & Appointment Management
Follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to handle email conversations.
Organize & Monitor multiple client inboxes, ensuring responses are made to incoming emails in a timely manner.
Help leads book appointments via chat, email or SMS.
Coordinate with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth scheduling and rescheduling of appointments as needed.
Use tools like Instantly, GoHighLevel, Gmail, Calendly
*Potential to lead & help implement the newest technologies in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to help augment automated followup while providing oversight on these tools.

Technical
Set-up SPF, DKIM, Dmarc & Custom tracking domains in instantly & similar software
Setup domains and domain email accounts (training provided)
Setup Google workspaces & email accounts (training provided)
Setup of Social Media accounts as required. (as required)
Work with Engineers to implement AI where possible throughout the business to help automate repetitive tasks.

*Assist in preparing and sending email templates, proposals, and other relevant supportive documentation.
*Assist in creating SOPs and help train other members as team grows.
*Provide support to clients if clarity is required on appointments using online chat channels like slack in operating hours.
*Additional platforms like SMS may be required to use for SMS marketing in the future.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B lead generation agency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client inboxes and appointments effectively.
Familiarity with calendar booking software and CRM systems.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
