Job Title: MARKETING CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST
Reports to: Global Marketing Specialist
Role type: Part-time, contract (6 months)
Location: Philippines
Work hours: 24 hours per week

About the role:
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our Pathways to
Uni (P2U) campaign to success. Your responsibility is to execute and optimise this multichannel digital marketing campaign, including organic and paid search and social media
advertising, specifically for P2U. The role requires a strong background in developing and
executing successful marketing campaigns, along with a keen understanding of various
marketing channels and tactics.

Responsibilities;
Collaborate with the Digital Performance Optimisation and Content teams to define
P2U campaign objectives, target audience, and key messages
Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with P2U goals and initiatives
Work with the design team to ensure content is visually appealing and shareable
Create high-quality, compelling, and well-optimised content with relevant and highimpact keywords, including social media and website copy
Implement on-page SEO techniques to ensure content is search engine-friendly.
Write compelling meta descriptions and title tags that encourage click-through rates.
Work with the Performance Marketer to identify key metrics such as customer behavior
and conversion rates
Utilise analytics tools and platforms such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Ads,
Meta Business Suite/Facebook Page Insights, and LinkedIn Page Analytics, to monitor,
analyse, and report on campaign performance, key metrics, and trends
Assist the Performance Marketer in creating and managing detailed project plans,
timelines, and budgets for P2U
Be present during the Dec-Jan holidays to ensure that the campaign runs smoothly
Perform ad-hoc tasks such as copywriting and data analysis for GSP as the need arises.
