Marketing & Communications Manager
OVERVIEW
The Cash Flow MD is a Kentucky (US) based investment company that provides passive investment strategies for busy physicians or other high net-worth individuals. Our guiding principles are honesty, character, and integrity.
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be a key member of our team, developing and executing online marketing strategies, and social media campaigns, optimizing marketing metrics, project management, graphic and web design, copywriting and content creation, and event marketing. You will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and investor conversion through effective marketing initiatives.
We are a small team, and you’ll need an entrepreneurial attitude to succeed at our company. You will need to be able to flow seamlessly between thinking big picture and executing on tactics in a collaborative manner that welcomes input and direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. DEVELOP, EXECUTE & OPTIMIZE ONLINE MARKETING STRATEGIES
Drive massive organic growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, strategies, and tactics using email automations, campaigns, list building, segmentation, social media campaigns and management, live or virtual events or webinars, blog posts, podcasts, or other forms of general and personalized content across a variety of platforms.
Monitor winning strategies in our industry, along with emerging technologies, and best practices to suggest innovative ideas and tactics to optimize reach and engagement.
Respond to Direct Messages (DMs): Monitor and manage incoming DMs on social media platforms to provide relevant information and guide investors toward the next steps in the investment process.
Create processes and monitor marketing metrics across all campaigns, tools, funnels, etc. on a regular basis so that we can optimize our initiatives and increase our investor base.
Ensure the proper functioning of marketing systems, accounts, and integrations.
2. GRAPHIC & WEB DESIGN
Develop compelling graphics for web, social media, email, print campaigns, slide decks, and swag.
Organize and manage brand assets, ensuring easy accessibility and consistency.
Create, update, and optimize the website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
Act as the point person between web design firm and CashFlowMD.
3. COPYWRITING & CONTENT CREATION
Create compelling, high-quality, scalable, and re-usable copy and content for websites, ads, emails, blog posts, social media, podcasts, or other speaking engagements and slides for various social media channels to engage target audiences.
4. EVENT MARKETING & LOGISTICS
Develop, execute, and promote webinars and podcasts.
Manage logistics, including registration, live-stream tech, video/audio editing, slide creation, and post-event analytics.
5. METRICS AND ANALYTICS
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including SEO, web traffic, campaigns, lists, and funnels.
Optimize initiatives based on data-driven decisions to achieve better ROI.
6. MARKETING SYSTEMS AND INTEGRATION
Ensure the proper functioning of marketing systems, accounts, websites, and integrations.
Provide tech support for marketing-related tech issues and recommend improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience of 3-5 years running campaigns, automations, and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels such as list building, webinars, personalized websites and landing pages, and social network targeting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
Desire to learn and implement online marketing tactics from thought leaders such as Russell Brunson, Dan Kennedy, and Hunter Thompson.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
Expertise in ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, and CRM tools
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to take artistic direction, create deliverables that align with the provided vision and direction, and incorporate feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to various social media channels.
A critical thinker with a desire to expand investment industry knowledge.
Professional experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.).
Experience running paid ads (Facebook, YouTube, Google).
COMPENSATION
$10-$15 USD per hour based on experience
DETAILS
This is a full-time, remote position. Working hours will need to overlap with the US Pacific Time Zone.
You must have a quiet place to work and an excellent internet connection.
