Myland Home Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team!

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will be the voice of Myland Home Care! You will answer phone inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and craft compelling marketing materials and social media content. You’ll play a key role in promoting our services, building brand awareness, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

Phone Calls:
Answer phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Effectively gather information, answer questions clearly, and address customer concerns.
Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service.
Marketing Materials:
Develop and create engaging marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) that highlight Myland Home Care’s services and benefits.
Work with graphic design tools (or collaborate with a designer) to create visually appealing content.
Ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
Social Media Content:
Develop and manage Myland Home Care’s social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
Create engaging and informative social media posts that promote services, share success stories, and connect with the community.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with callers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus.
Basic graphic design skills or experience with design software is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, positive, and passionate about healthcare and senior care (a plus).
