Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator who specializes in planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing projects. The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing and implementing email marketing, direct mail, collateral pieces, internet & social media marketing, website maintenance, property listing promotions and event marketing. An individual who is detail-oriented first and foremost, as well as motivated and being a self-starter is critical in this key position.

Skills
Marketing Project Coordinator must have experience in Project Management practices and also have the same expertise in Marketing practices. Marketing Project Coordinator must thrive on organization and structure, as a big portion of their job is keeping a project on track. The candidate also has to be a strong communicator, experience with writing creative briefs, and flawless and precise with communicating via text, email, in-person and/or over the phone. High values and ethics, an expert communicator, self-managed, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and thriving on being a team player with a professional demeanor are a must in this role.

Organizational Skills: Marketing Project Coordinator use their organizational skills when creating the projects and associated tasks necessary to implement the campaign strategy. He or she also uses their organizational skills when crafting Project lifespans. You’re fast and decisive. You seek productivity and accuracy.
Prioritization Skills: Marketing Project Coordinator doesn’t just organize the tasks related to a campaign. They decide which tasks are most important based on the size, scope and timeliness of each task. This requires good prioritization skills to arrange tasks in the most efficient manner. You like to be precise and to the point. You have a can-do attitude and although you take pride in completing tasks quickly.

Decision Making Skills: Organizing and prioritizing all of the tasks related to a campaign requires the ability to make quick decisions.
Project Management Skills: The Marketing Project Coordinator must have project management skills. This means understanding theories of project management, as well as understanding how to put those theories into action. This skill set is used in virtually everything the Marketing Project Coordinator does.

Creative Skills: The Marketing Project Coordinator must have an eye for brand standards, vision and quality standards, as well as writing, proofing and communication skills. This skill set is used in virtually everything Marketing does.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
· Assist in the deployment of real estate llisting materials
· Ongoing weekly email marketing and content calendars for executing campaigns
· Maintain website content
· Assist in coordinator of individual property listing campaign programs, from email marketing, direct mailers, database management, digital advertising, social media marketing
· Assist in coordinator of brand campaign programs, from email marketing, direct mailers, database management, digital advertising, social media marketing, listing presentations, etc.
· Manage inventory of all marketing collateral and sale support tools
· Assist in coordination of vendors such as photographers, videographers, writers, graphic designers, web developers, printers, and search marketing vendors.
· Assist team of sales agents on the team with individual marketing needs

Minimum Education and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree either in Marketing, Communications, English or similar
· 2+ years working experience in marketing
· Proven working experience in project management systems like Teamwork Projects, Asana or a plus
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Experience in working in Adobe InDesign is a plus
· Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the real estate industry
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
· Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
· Working knowledge of ad serving tools
· Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
· Working knowledge of website back-end management.
