Marketing Coordinator – Part-Time

Company: New Levels Cleaning

Position Overview:
We’re in search of a driven and detail-oriented marketing coordinator to handle a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our lead generation and email marketing campaigns. This role requires an individual who is technically proficient, results-oriented, and possesses an exceptional command of English. Ideal for candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Management
– Build and maintain lead lists using scraper tools.
– Clean and organize email lists for optimal results.
– Import email lists into cold email software.
– Continuously identify and implement new scraping softwares for lead generation.

2. Campaign Oversight
– Manage and monitor cold email software to ensure we meet or exceed our KPIs.
– Oversee Mailchimp email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are timely, relevant, and effective.
– Add new leads to CRM and Mailchimp campaigns.

3. Performance Reporting
– Produce weekly and monthly reports on key KPIs including:
– Number of new leads received.
– Classification of leads (those that meet criteria vs. those that don’t).
– Sources of lead generation.
– Volume of cold emails and LinkedIn messages dispatched weekly.
– Email open rates.

4. Social Media Initiatives
– Assist in building and maintaining social media cold DM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Proficiency with cold email software.
– Experience with email scraper tools.
– Familiarity with Notion and Slack for task and project management.
– Strong expertise in Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
– Comfortable working with Google Sheets and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
– Exceptional skills in data organization and interpretation.
– Solid understanding of marketing strategies and split testing methods.
– Strong email communication abilities.
– Outstanding proficiency in English.

Working Hours & Availability:
– Approximately 15-20 hours per week to start.
– While hours are flexible, candidates must be available for at least 1 hour daily between 9AM-7PM EST for direct communication with the manager based in the USA.
