Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, with a focus on creating real estate marketing materials for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and enhance the team’s online presence.
• Manage and maintain the team’s social media accounts, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and assist in community engagement.
• Edit videos for market updates, training, and other relevant content.
• Provide support for other marketing-related tasks as needed, including but not limited to email marketing, advertising campaigns, creating blog posts and website maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Knowledge with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing software.
• Proficiency with multimedia editing tools, like Canva, Capcut, Adobe apps, and etc..
• Reliable laptop/pc with minimum specifications of Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 processor.
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and create engaging contents.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a passion for cultivating and expanding social media presence.
