We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to help and assist our team to become the best they can be. As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for generating business revenue by helping our marketing team achieve their overall productivity and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Adjusting Funnels
Working with Hyros
Building Marketing Reports
Participate in the Monthly General Assembly (Town Hall)
Monitor and optimize the calendar availability
Building google sheets to show data on campaign performance
Point of contact for everything related to ads, content, emails, webinars, and CRM
Post the content
Monitor the end-of-day report submissions from editors
Monitor and report the output from editors
Ensure editors keep Monday, EODs, and updated
Manage and update all of the Marketing Team’s google sheets (Tracking, projections, etc.)
Document the workflows and record SOPs when needed
General Administrative Tasks

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are expected to:
Generate business revenue by helping/assisting the marketing team in their efforts
Generate business revenue by keeping track of the important data that may help the team identify the areas of improvement
Generate business revenue by providing accurate and timely reports
Generate business revenue by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Marketing Team
Generate business revenue by taking care of administrative obstacles so Marketing Team can focus and spend more time on producing content and ads for the business

AGREEMENT TERMS
Time 8 am – 5 pm CST Monday to Friday.
Because this is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, we prefer that you work only with us and not with multiple clients.
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.

COMPENSATION
This position is salaried.
The pay range is $5-$7 USD per hour, around $840-$1,176 USD per month, depending on experience.
Opportunity for pay increases as skills increase.
13th Month Pay every December
