You will work closely with the top management. This position is responsible for sourcing and maintaining real estate marketing resources and developing materials for promotional brochures, weekly mailers, and other marketing materials. The associate will also utilize LinkedIn sales navigator to canvas and develop output marketing strategies. The candidate for Marketing Coordinator must be a self-starter who is well-organized, articulate, positive, and creative, with artistic and graphic design skills as well as communication and writing skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– BA or BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or equivalent experience
– At least 2 to 3 years of VA experience in a Real Estate Company/Client or any related sales account.
– Exceptional real estate market research, verbal, communication, and writing skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, etc., and especially Excel for database creation
– Working knowledge of real estate and design (i.e. Canva)
– Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment

DUTIES & ROLES:
– Prepare, create, produce, and present a database for the list of information
– Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
– Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data
– Deliver proposals and other materials to advertise real estate projects
– Manage full cycle of proposal including: updating database, analyzing requirements, managing proposal team, coordinating all proposal sections with technical leads and subject matter expert,
– Help develop messaging, calls, graphics, production and delivery
– Collaborate with principals, senior executives, and team members to develop presentations and other relevant materials for interviews
– Design advertisements and marketing publication platforms
– Manage LinkedIn, websites, social media accounts, and other electronic marketing documents
– Develop, maintain, and organize standard content in the firm’s marketing library. Including resumes, project sheets, images, testimonials, etc.
– Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
– Perform other duties assigned
