Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator reviews marketing trends to develop and initiate strategic marketing plans, execute the marketing plans, tracks data, and maintains updated promotional materials. This position reports directly to the COO and indirectly to the CEO.

This position is required to initially track hours and 10 –15 hours a week. Must be available for communication between 10 EST and 4 pm EST.

Responsibilities:
– Aid in the development of marketing strategies & plans for business development
– Execute and manage the execution of approved marketing projects
– Tasks and people associated with the project
– Deadlines and timelines associated with the project
– Results associated with the project
– Present marketing reports
– KPIs of marketing campaigns/projects
– Marketing project execution debrief report
– Examples of marketing initiatives to coordinate include:
– launches
– promotions
– urgency campaigns
– email marketing
– social media promotion

Requirements:
– Digital Marketing experience for webinars, summits, technical services, SEO and online offers
– Knowledge of content strategies for social media
– Knowledge of how sales funnels work
– Knowledge of email marketing & automation (e.g. Active Campaign, Go High Level)
– Knowledge of project management systems (e.g. Asana, Freedcamp, SuiteDash)
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva)
– Basic web design skills to make edits (e.g. WordPress & ClickFunnels)

Communication & Customer Service Skills:
– Highly fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal skills
– Excellent writing, grammar, and copyediting skills
– Strong verbal, presentation, and communication skills
– Excellent client-facing, customer service, and interpersonal skills
– Great follow up and follow through to see all tasks are final and complete
– Professional, respectful, and courteous interaction at all times with fellow team members, vendors, and interns
– Positive, enthusiastic, and hard-working attitude
– Great use of tact and diplomacy
