Marketing Coordinator

Mad Mex is Australia’s answer to healthy & delicious Mexican food that is prepared fresh, customized to order, and served within minutes. We have over 70 Restaurants across Australia and continuing to grow and expand.

The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator role is to work with the GM of Marketing and support the marketing team, playing a key role in helping to drive the Mad Mex marketing function and contribute to brand growth. Able to manage a heavy administrative workload including Credit Card reconciliation/invoice management.

You will focus on supporting the GM Marketing with a range of administrative tasks (acting as an EA 20% of the time) and providing ongoing support for the marketing team by proactively managing the general operational rhythm of the team (80% of the time).

To be successful in this role, you should have:

– Experience as an EA/VA with some general management or leadership experience.
– The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication.
– Excellent administrative and organizational skills, and ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
– Strong initiative and the ability to act quickly
– Advanced Microsoft Suite skillset across PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

Would be 10% more awesome (but not mandatory) if you have:

– Understanding of the Australian Hospitality and/or QSR market
– Understanding of Mondays and Smartsheet project management tools
– Competent in using data analysis tools such as Power Bi
