About the Role:
We are searching for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time / part time basis. The ideal candidate will be an instrumental asset, driving our and client’s marketing campaigns and ensuring each one gets out, analysing their effectiveness, and assisting in content development across multiple platforms. Your ability to tap into current marketing trends, coupled with a deep understanding of our company’s brand and mission, will facilitate the expansion of our reach and impact.
In this capacity, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our team to plan, execute, and optimise marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include coordinating campaigns, developing promotional materials, analysing campaign results, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve our marketing goals for our internal brands and our clients. This is a hands-on role that will offer you the chance to be involved in a variety of marketing projects, ranging from digital campaigns to in-person events.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in the digital space and some offline activity, ensuring consistency with our brand image and messaging along with client’s brands and messages.
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing tactics, making recommendations for optimisation. Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including collateral, blogs, copy and quality controlling the output of the design and developments team’s execution of the strategy. Collaborate with internal teams, such as social, development and design, to enhance campaigns and share insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of marketing experience or related
– Familiarity with various marketing platforms and tools, including social media, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
