We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and help us find properties in markets that our corporate clients travel to frequently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and real estate, as well as a deep understanding of the short-term rental and corporate housing market.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

– SEO/SEM
-Wordpress website updates, designs, and builds
-planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and programs, including email marketing, social media, and events.
-Maintain and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for marketing communications, including email newsletters, blog posts, and social media posts.
-Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
-Support the development of marketing budget and timelines, and ensure that all activities are executed within budget and on time.
-Conduct market research to support marketing initiatives and provide insights into customer needs and preferences.
-Work with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on coordination and project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with marketing technology, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
