Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Coordination:
– Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
– Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Digital Marketing:
– Manage business and executive team members’ social media accounts and assist in creating engaging content.
– Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts.
3. Event Coordination:
– Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
– Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and collateral preparation.
4. Content Creation:
– Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to develop compelling and on-brand materials.
– Assist in creating and editing written and visual content for various marketing channels.
5. Data Analysis:
– Monitor and analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
– Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development.
– Maintain open communication with external partners and vendors.
Qualifications:
– Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience of two years in a marketing or coordination role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
