About the Role
The goal is to achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue by strategically owning all aspects of the digital marketing roadmap.

The Marketing Coordinator will help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across various channels, mainly through social media. Their work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization’s marketing strategy, and advising on reaching the target market.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs like email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Generate, edit, schedule, and publish daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Create editorial calendars for each brand.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on the information.
Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer relationships with the brands.
Perform Community management for all brands and engage with our audiences.

About You
Proven working experience in social media marketing, as a marketing specialist, or as a digital media specialist.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and working knowledge of social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Understand historical, current, and future digital content and social media trends.
Fluency in English.
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.

Musts
Experience building and executing social media strategy.
Experience creating editorial calendars.
Experience analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on the information.

Pluses
Beauty Industry Experience
Influencer marketing experience.
