Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in ensuring a steady flow of patient referrals to FeldCare, contributing to the organization’s growth and success. This role will assist in various aspects of marketing, sales, and client relations, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assist in contract acquisition:
– Support the marketing team in identifying and reaching out to potential home health agencies and hospices
– Help prepare and organize marketing materials for outreach efforts
– Maintain accurate records of contacts and communications with potential clients

2. Support client relations:

– Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to access notes through the EMR system and credentials through CliniConnects
– Help address client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to the Marketing Manager
– Contribute to maintaining positive relationships with existing clients

3. Data management and reporting:

– Assist in inputting rates for new contracts in CliniConnects under the supervision of the Marketing Manager
– Help compile data and prepare reports on marketing activities, contract status, and client feedback
– Maintain organized records of marketing efforts and outcomes

4. Interdepartmental coordination:

– Assist in coordinating with Recruiting, Assigning, and Intake departments to ensure smooth operations
– Help gather feedback from clinicians about referral flow and work satisfaction
– Support the Marketing Manager in identifying areas that need staffing improvements or rate adjustments

5. Market research and analysis:

– Assist in researching and staying up-to-date with Medicare requirements and state-specific regulations
– Help gather and analyze market trends and competitor information
– Support the team in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion

6. Training and development:

– Participate in training sessions to learn about varying clinical and credentialing requirements across different states
– Develop a strong understanding of FeldCare’s services, billing terms, and rate structures
– Assist in creating and updating training materials for the marketing team

7. Administrative support:

– Help organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the marketing team
– Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external use
– Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry, sales, or healthcare industry. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
