JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING COORDINATOR

Attention to all aspiring marketers! We are searching for an ambitious, dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our team of growth marketing strategists in taking the DTC brands we serve to the next level. This role will play a crucial part in implementing and optimizing marketing strategies, leveraging creative ideas, and executing paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our strategists, clients, and specialists to ensure all efforts contribute to achieving the client’s goals.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING COORDINATOR SPECIFICALLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS:

– Strong written and verbal English communications skills
– Minimum of 2+ years experience in a marketing role
– 1+ year of experience in client-facing roles
– 1+ year of digital marketing agency experience
– Working knowledge of Facebook ads, Google ads, and PPC
– Experience marketing in the eCommerce industry is a plus
– Experience or understanding of handling and managing client accounts
– The ability to contribute to creative and data-driven ideas to help our clients and company grow
– Comfortable in maintaining client relationships, leading meetings, and general day-to-day communication
Nice to have:
– Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Sendlane, or equivalent
– Knowledge of other types of marketing, i.e., influencer marketing, PR, etc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

– Assisting the growth strategy team in managing client relationships
– Supporting in onboarding new clients
– Contributing to the provision of value to the client within the scope of work
– Helping in reporting KPIs and other meaningful results to clients, while providing context and understanding
– Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
– Supporting transparency to the client regarding all aspects of their marketing
– Cooperating with contractors and specialists to ensure that strategies are being executed effectively and campaigns are scaling profitably
– Collaborating with the growth strategist to create effective client strategies
– Supporting the strategists and relevant paid ads specialists to ensure the strategic plan is being followed and goals are being met
– Assisting in handling marketing deliverables, new campaign creation, ad optimization, etc.

– Assisting with in-house marketing needs when required
– Assisting with our in-house podcast production
