Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our dynamic team, supporting our dual ventures in vacation rental management and real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and SEO strategies, with a knack for creating engaging content and optimizing online presence to drive business growth. This role requires someone passionate about digital marketing, with a keen understanding of the real estate and vacation rental markets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan that aligns with our business goals, targeting both our vacation rental management and real estate services.
2. Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our audience.
3. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings, focusing on real estate and vacation rental keywords.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to refine strategies and increase engagement.
5. Manage online reviews and feedback across platforms, engaging with the community and responding promptly to inquiries to enhance our brand reputation.
6. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure branding consistency and the promotion of special offers or properties.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing tools to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in social media management and SEO, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industries.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating compelling marketing content.
3. Strong analytical abilities to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
6. Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to marketing.
7. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
