SuperpowersHQ is hiring! We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Content Creation and Editing:
Generate and edit creative marketing content, including promotional materials, newsletters, social media and blog posts.
Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content like posts, stories and updates for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media accounts, latest trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Create a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and social media campaigns.
Generate reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with the online community through active engagement and communication.
Respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Provide support to the leadership team on other company projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
Strong understanding and proficiency of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Other details of the job:
You MUST be available during regular U.S. business hours. This is not a job that can be partnered with your other full-time job.
