Job Description

SH Law, LLC is a small and rapidly growing law firm located in Atlanta) Georgia. Our practice areas are family law, bankruptcy, and personal injury. The Marketing Coordinator is a non-attorney who handles the client marketing for the Firm. The primary functions are to oversee the Firm’s marketing efforts.
Reporting Relationship:
The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Firm’s Owners.
Authority:
The Marketing Coordinator will work fairly autonomously but will have access to administrative assistance on an as-needed basis. Marketing Coordinator has no supervisory or other authority beyond that specifically delegated by the Owners.
Additionally, non-attorney support staff (including the Marketing Coordinator are prohibited from practicing law by the ABA’s Rules of Professional Conduct and State Bar of Georgian rules. All client-focused work done by the Marketing Coordinator must be in support of and under the supervision of an attorney. In accordance with Bar rules, the Marketing Coordinator does not give legal advice, approve client engagements, or share fees with the Firm.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement targeted social media marketing campaigns per quarter. The Marketing Coordinator will help develop the budget for each campaign and track results with an agreed-upon minimum acceptable ROI.
Social Media Posting and Advertising includes the following:
Create and adhere to a social media posting calendar across the Firm’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube);
Create original content and repost relevant contact on the Firm’s social media accounts;
Update and manage the Firm’s social media accounts;
Respond appropriately to inquiries and comments posted on the Firm’s social media platforms;
Increase the number of followers, likes, comments and subscribers on the Firm’s social media platforms;
Update the Firm’s social media accounts, as needed;
Book guests and schedule the Firm’s social media live broadcasts;
Create advertisements on the Firm’s social media platforms; and
Measure the success of each of the Firm’s social media campaigns and advertisement.

Education & Experience
· 2 years of social media marketing experience is required;
· Proficiency in written American English is required;
· Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new applications and programs is required;
· 6 months of experience in drafting content, articles, newsletters is required;
· Education and/or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred;
· Experience with specific, measurable results reporting is preferred;
· Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life, so you know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
