Job Description

Our client for this role is one of top B2B marketing communities in the world. You’ll get a chance to work directly with their founder (160K+ Linkedin followers) and their COO. You’ll get to make an impact across several different parts of the company and learn a ton.

**Need to have qualifications:**

– 2+ years of experience in administrative or coordination roles on marketing teams
– 1+ year of content distribution and social media scheduling
– Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and how it differs from other marketing niches
– Proficiency in Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Notion
– Experience managing schedules and organizing meetings
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Basic understanding of sponsorship and inventory management

**Nice to have:**

– Experience managing podcasts and sponsor relationships
– Experience with Zapier
– Experience with customer support and billing tasks
– Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities:**

– **Scheduling and Project Management:**
– Manage and organize sponsorship inventory for their podcast and newsletter
– Schedule social content and maintain content calendars
– Coordinate meetings and ensure timely communication within the team
– **Sponsor Management:**
– Communicate with sponsors, send required documents, and follow up as necessary
– Maintain and update sponsor-related documentation and inventory
– **Content Distribution:**
– Support the content manager in distributing podcast and social media material across various channels
– Ensure the team has the necessary materials for LinkedIn posts and other social media updates
– **Support and Administrative Tasks:**
– Assist with email inbox management and billing issues
– Be active in the company’s Slack channel for internal communication
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
– **Additional Duties:**
– Participate in regular team meetings to present and discuss sponsorship schedules
– Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
