Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible to monitor and produce marketing campaigns in order to attract potential clients as well as employees. They will manage company social media and assist in creating well thought out campaigns to increase company exposure.
The Marketing Coordinator is perfect for someone who is creative, likes to come up with new ideas and be a part of a winning team. In this role you will be exposed to a fast moving company with lots of growth and support.

Performance Objectives
Manage Company social media pages posting on all platforms on a consistent basis. (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google)
Create email campaigns to send potential customers to communicate new business initiatives and opportunities.
Boost company SEO by targeting specific keywords, posting backlinks and blogging on company websites.
Create promotional marketing material such as brochures, powerpoints, flyers, advertisements, etc.
Creating clickfunnels to attract clients to our services
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports.
Plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
Capabilities/Key Competencies
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create visually appealing promotional materials.
Experience in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, encompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and proficiency with SEO tools to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Experience in leveraging ClickFunnels or similar marketing funnel platforms, showcasing the ability to create, optimize, and manage sales funnels for effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and optimizing social media channels for marketing goals.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels.
Innovative thinking to develop unique and attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective messaging and storytelling.
Experience juggling multiple projects and recurring duties simultaneously, ensuring efficient completion within deadlines and sharp attention to detail.
Ability to maintain poise, professionalism, and positivity at all times.
Education and Experience
BA in Marketing, business administration or related field
1-3 years of marketing experience
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Working from 9am to 5pm EST
