We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand awareness for multiple brands.

Responsibilities:
** Campaign Coordination
o Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and successful implementation of marketing i
initiatives.

** Email Marketing
o Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads into customers.

** Drip Campaigns
o Plan and implement drip campaigns to nurture leads through sales funnels.

** Content Creation and Repurposing
o Create compelling and relevant content to support marketing initiatives across various channels
o Repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and effectiveness.

** Paid Advertisement
o Manage and optimize social media platform campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

** Social Media Management:
o Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Create and curate engaging content like posts, stories and updates for various social media platforms, including but not
limited to Facebook and LinkedIn.
o Monitor social media accounts, latest trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
o Create a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals.

** Market Research:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

** Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and social media campaigns.
o Generate reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

** Community Engagement:
o Build and nurture relationships with the online community through active engagement and communication.
o Respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
o Provide support to the leadership team on other company projects.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
• Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong understanding and proficiency of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• The ability to interpret metrics and assess the effectiveness of ads.
• A willingness to learn new strategies and continuously develop skills.
• Knowledge of split testing ads and testing different audience segments.
• Understanding of budget optimization techniques.
• Keeping up to date with current industry strategies and trends.

Other details of the job:
• The top three applicants will be selected for a PAID test project.
• Selected candidate will be on a 3 month Paid trial on a part time basis, with the ability to move into a full-time role after the
trial period.
