JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Romano Law PLLC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our firm’s brand presence and engaging with our target audience through various marketing channels. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and possesses strong organizational skills.

YOU HAVE:
• A commitment to improving your business development skills. You enjoy learning.
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
• The ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• A great sense of humor. You’re resilient and confident.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. You’re always responsive and proactive.
• A sunny disposition even when things get stormy.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
• Create a strategic social media content calendar
• Craft engaging and impactful social media posts for approval
• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM strategies and targeted email marketing campaigns
• Oversee the management of marketing advertisements across various platforms and track spend/ROI
• Edit and publish written blogs and video content to showcase the firm’s experience
• Stay informed on current events and industry trends, relevant to the firm’s practice areas
• Prepare comprehensive reports and analyze marketing data to inform strategic decision-making
• Prepare and support attorneys, equipping them with the necessary tools and insights for media appearances
