US Based Accounting Firm seeking a professional Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and oversee our organization’s marketing function.

EXPERIENCE

At least three years experience in marketing roll

Roles and Responsibilities
? Your major role will be to support the CEO and/or Marketing Department with marketing activities.
? You will undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
? Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
? Conduct market research and analyse competitors.
? Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
? Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
? Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
? Social media engagement
? Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
? Attend training on marketing related activities undertaken by the firm.
? Draft an annual marketing plan for review and comment by the CEO.
? Prepare an annual marketing budget for approval by the CEO.
? Other duties as assigned.

Team Work
? Training and helping other team members both in the U.S. and Philippines.

Soft skills
? You are required to have a high level of interpersonal skills in this role as you will be representing the firm on social media. It is important you understand the firm’s brand and can adequately represent it from a marketing perspective.

Technical Requirements
? Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
? Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
? Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
? Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
? Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
? Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
? Exquisite communication and people skills.
? High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
