We are a DTC brand that sells backpacks online. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products
and exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and trust with our customers. As a Marketing
Coordinator (Brand Focus), you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for assisting with the
creation of brand assets, videos, photos, and social media content.

The Marketing Coordinator (Brand Focus) will be responsible for helping to organize and execute the
brand’s marketing efforts. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work
independently and collaboratively to support the brand’s marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

? Assist in the planning and coordination of photoshoots and video shoots, including virtually
scouting locations, securing props, and managing logistics.
? Work closely with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to ensure the
successful execution of brand shoots.
? Help organize and manage the brand’s library of visual assets, including photos and videos,
ensuring they are easily accessible for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
? Support the development and execution of brand campaigns, including brainstorming ideas,
creating mood boards, and coordinating with the creative team.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and design, to ensure
brand consistency across all marketing materials.
? Assist in the creation and management of social media content, including writing captions,
scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics. Assist and collaborate with
our SMM.
? Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
? Conduct market research and gather customer insights to contribute to the development of
effective marketing strategies.
? Assist in influencer marketing efforts, including identifying and engaging with potential
influencers, managing partnerships, and tracking results.
? Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and trends to explore new avenues for brand
promotion.
? Support the development of social media campaigns and contests to increase brand visibility
and engagement.
? Flexibility to assist with any other marketing and brand initiatives in a quickly growing company.

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
