Job Description

We are aiming to disrupt the global retail shopping experience through various consumer touchpoints. We are a FinTech company sitting at the intersection between blockchain, social media, payments, and retail. We are a fast-moving company that has experienced rapid growth. Over the past year, our team has grown from 5 members to over 85. We have just launched our US consumer cashback app.

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, helping organize and maintain the marketing promotions schedule. The Marketing Coordinator is the voice and advocate for the implementation and commitment to adherence to the marketing calendar. If you have integrated marketing experience and can organize, drive groups toward common goals in a productive way, and are comfortable engaging with execs and individual contributors alike, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for managing and updating all aspects related to the marketing promotions calendar.
– Manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities such as updating promotional marketing experiences in-app using CMS platforms
– Create and assign action item tasks for the design and copywriting team for all promotional emails.
– Maintain design repositories with all newly created content
– Work with the design and copywriting team to ensure the timely completion of all related tasks. Send completed tasks upstream to management for necessary approvals.
– Maintain organizational plan and process for all promotional marketing content

Requirements:

– Ability to coordinate and manage promotional marketing calendar. Follow up complex business and technology strategies to compelling messaging across various marketing materials and to a variety of audiences
– Strong time and project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Ability to work with communicating deadlines and needs with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and with accuracy
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong sense of urgency in a professional setting
– Comfortable with Google Suite and knowledge of Asana is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.

This is a full-time job. 5-day work week. We observe US holidays.

Work hours during training will be M-F 10 pm-7 am Philippine Time. The schedule may adjust depending on requirements.

This is a remote position.
