Job Description

Clinic Accelerator (a sister company to Call Hero Technologies) is a business consulting and managed services company that specializes in physical therapy, chiropractic, and allied health clinics. We are serving over 974 clinics worldwide.

We do 3 things: Business Coaching, Staff Training, Managed Services. Additionally, we have a venture capital arm that invests in and runs health businesses. We leverage our industry expertise and resources to grow and scale new innovative opportunities.

Working Schedule: 8 hours/day 5 days a week – Monday – Friday (PST)

** Skills and Qualifications:

: At least 2years work experienced in a fast pace marketing team
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
: Must have a strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
: Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
: Experienced in video editing, graphic design, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube)
: Strong knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
: Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, copywriting, Funnel building, and Funnel hacking.
: Experienced in inbound and content marketing
: Must have high level of creativity
: Experience with Google App (sheets, doc, excel, etc.)
: Have great data entry skills

** Duties and Responsibilities:

: Work with Marketing Manager on new initiatives & decisions
: Manage, update, and follow marketing calendar
: Adding marketing events to calendar as they come up
: Planning & updating marketing outreach initiatives
: Create on-brand content following guidelines
: Work with team members to create various types of content
: Manage social media accounts – content, events, comments, metrics
: Social media content creation
: Posting and creating content for relevant marketing campaigns
: Enter digital marketing metrics in a scoreboards
: Manage Google Business Listing – photos, reply to reviews, metrics
: Create content to provide value for customers (educational posts)
: Responsive to customers on social media regarding booking requests
: Participate in weekly marketing meeting
: Participate in weekly 1 on 1 with Marketing Manager
