Job Description:
We are a mission-driven and process-oriented company looking for a dynamic self-starter Marketing Copy Assistant with great organizational, analytical, and communication skills responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives. In collaboration with the founder, the Marketing Copy Assistant will help craft and execute marketing campaigns, perform market and client research, create reports on marketing copy performance, maintain the marketing schedule, as well as organize and manage marketing collateral. The job is long-term at 10-hours+ per week (potential for more hours). While the schedule is flexible, daily engagement is expected, including Daily Huddle.
Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be someone who finds it easy to put thoughts into words and is a strong visual presenter. They also like to measure progress against the performance of others and are on a constant lookout for obstacles that they can proactively mitigate. The Marketing Copy Assitant enjoys routine and structure, builds/updates processes, can take direction, follow through, and makes corrections necessary to stay on track. A successful Marketing Assistant has an upbeat personality and is also someone who has a great desire to learn and wants to improve continuously.
Duties include:
• Develop and execute marketing copy and campaigns
• Perform research
• Create reports on marketing performance
• Maintain marketing schedule
• And other ad-hoc details
Key Competencies:
• Excellent English comprehension and writing abilities
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• A critical eye for editing copy and a “less is more” mindset.
• Knowledge of Active Campaign, and other marketing tools
• Prior ClickUp experience a plus
