Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Creative Director to oversee the creative team and lead projects from the initial brainstorming and research phase through to implementation, production, and final output. This role involves working closely with the founder or CEO to execute the envisioned strategy for our clients and assign tasks to various team members.
Key Responsibilities:
-Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the client’s expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
-Team Leadership: Manage and direct the team of designers and influencers in their work.
-Task Assignment and Deadline Management: Assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and ensure timely project execution.
-Team Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external team members to ensure project alignment and success.
-Creative Strategy Execution: Work alongside the founder to create and implement marketing strategies, including content calendars and ad schedules.
-Content Production: Oversee the production of static, video, and user-generated content ads, ensuring high-quality output.
-Feedback and Revisions: Provide detailed feedback and manage revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
-Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with team members, influencers, and external content creators.
-Market Research: Conduct market research to understand target audiences and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Budget Management: Determine project budgets and resource allocation requirements.
Qualification:
-Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
-Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detailed design to ensure high-quality outputs.
-Copywriting and Ad Design: Experience in creating compelling copy and designing effective ads.
-Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members.
-Reliability: Ability to be relied on to deliver high-quality work consistently.
-Technical Proficiency: Experience with Notion, Google Suite, Capcut, Canva, and ChatGPT.
-Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
-Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage marketing analytics to optimize project outcomes.
-Decision-Making: Competence in making informed decisions under tight timelines.
