Job responsibilities:
– Growth Marketing Creative Strategy (30%): Coordinate all creative requests for the Growth Marketing team by creating asset request tickets and providing feedback throughout the production process until final delivery. Collaborate with the Creative Team on new concept ideation, providing a marketing point of view on the strongest products to feature, talking points to drive conversion, and ad best practices based on current performance. Stay on the pulse of the industry, sharing competitive research and new concept examples with the team to drive performance.
– Influencer Marketing Creative Strategy (30%): Produce creative briefs for all influencer content across organic and paid, determining products to be featured, strategic talking points, and timelines while aligning content deliveries to special offers according to the marketing calendar. Provide feedback and approval on influencer content as it comes through for review.
– Cross-Functional Project Management (20%): Manage projects cross-functionally with Creative, Merch, Legal, Warehouse, and external agency teams such as creator selection for shoots, product samples for marketing assets, legal requirements across paid content, product shipments from warehouse, and final asset delivery.
– Influencer Sourcing and Outreach (20%): Source new talent leads across social media to grow a roster of influencers for the Ambassador Program. Conduct outreach to new talent leads to encourage participation in the program and facilitate communication with talent, managers, and agents through campaign completion.
Experience:
– 3+ years experience in a related creative/influencer marketing project management role
– Experience using any project management software (Coda, Monday, or Wrike)
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
– Interest/passion for all things creative & influencer marketing
– Knowledge of the influencer/creator industry in the lifestyle/beauty space
– Strong understanding of channel-specific ad best practices
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines across different initiatives, channels, and teams
– Superb attention to detail in reviewing a variety of creative assets with differing specs, copy, legal requirements, etc.
– Excellent communication with the ability to articulate effectively and facilitate the production and delivery of many creative assets weekly
