Job Description

I am looking for my right hand unicorn. (lol)

Someone who can help our clients with their CRM systems (Active Campaign, Go High Level, Kajabi, etc), their social media, their LinkedIn Reachouts, and even manage their projects and calendars.

Right now I am managing all these things, and I LOVE it. But I don’t have enough time.

If you love a challenge, love problem solving, love working with others (and also love working by yourself LOL), and it makes you happy when you overdeliver for clients, I want you on my team!

Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours 😀

Skills needed:

Marketing
Client Relationship Management tools such as Active Campaign, Go High Level, etc.
Speaking (must be able to talk to employees and clients)
Writing (flawless communication a must)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Email and automation campaign updates
LinkedIn messaging and lead list building
Create engaging written or graphic content
Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms
Submit KPIs such as how many website views, etc. monthly
Keeping and organizing documents
Performing basic research including lead and market research
Website maintenance
Meeting together with clients
Other general admin tasks

Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and email marketing
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to follow clear processes consistently
Tech-savvy or has the ability to work with technology
Experience in LinkedIn Messaging is a plus
Experience in or any CRM is a plus
