We’re a growing company searching for a marketing and customer service superstar to join our remote team. This is not your typical “answer the phone” role. You’ll be a customer champion, marketing maestro, and owner’s go-to support – all rolled into one.

Here’s a glimpse into your daily awesomeness:
• Be the Voice of Our Brand: Deliver exceptional service via phone and email.
• Content & Conversion King/Queen: Craft compelling marketing copy, support our social media presence, and help our website climb the Google ranks (SEO magic!).
• Paid Ads Pro: Become a Google Ads whiz, crafting and managing campaigns that drive hot leads our way.
• Marketing Maven: Design eye-catching email marketing campaigns and craft strategic text marketing blasts to keep our customers engaged.
• Government Contract Guru: Unleash your inner researcher and prepare winning bids for government contracts – this is your chance to help us grow even bigger!
• Data Doesn’t Scare You: You love diving into KPIs (key performance indicators) using data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collections with Confidence: Occasionally, help us collect payments from the rare slacker while maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and wears multiple hats with a smile.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Possesses a strong understanding of marketing principles (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
• Is comfortable with customer service, including collections.
• Likes to work independently, and has the self-confidence and discipline to learn new skills.
• Is a data enthusiast who loves using metrics to measure success.

Bonus points if you:
• Have experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Are a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box.
