About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts across various channels, with a primary focus on paid media analytics, retention, attribution, testing, and optimization strategies. As a Marketing Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the paid media and customer relationship management teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategies that maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-depth analysis of paid media campaigns, including but not limited to paid social, paid search, video advertising, and affiliate marketing.
-Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies.
-Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
-Develop and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of different marketing touchpoints on customer journeys.
-Analyze attribution data to understand the contribution of various channels and optimize marketing spend accordingly.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure attribution data is integrated into decision-making processes.
-Analyze ecommerce data to identify opportunities for user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
-Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
-Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the impact of different strategies, creatives, and landing pages.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a D2C e-commerce environment.
-Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
-Strong knowledge of attribution modeling techniques and tools.
-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
-Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) is a plus.
-Knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Facebook/IG, Tik Tok, Google)
