We need a full-time Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

Here’s what you’ll do..
.
ROLE:
-Gather data for Conscious Education’s marketing metrics and assist the Chief Marketing Officer.
-Create reports on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
-Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).
-Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data and create statistical models for forecasting sales volume or customer data.
-Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for lead and client acquisition.
-Assist in creating Marketing SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
-Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
-Expertise in gathering data from different ads platforms (Facebook Ad, Google Ads, Ad Roll, Tiktok and other marketing tools)
-Skilled in managing MS Excel and Google Sheets, preferably Six Sigma expert
-Skilled in integrating and automating sheets to different platforms to gather data
-Analytical abilities
-Weekly CE all teams Monday meeting
-Department team huddles
-Attend all internal training
-Submit daily lenses
-Weekly team recode
-Positive attitude / end result focus
-Be a team player; contribute to the team vibe

-Your monthly salary will be in AUD (competitive salary package for the right candidate).
-Your salary will be paid bi-weekly and sent directly to your bank account.
-PH regular national holidays will be observed.
