Job Description:
Role Overview: I am seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst and Paid Advertising Specialist to play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, developing target audiences, setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook, and conducting research to refine our target audience profiles and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Audience Building:
Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and refine target audience segments based on data insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven marketing strategies.
Paid Advertising Management:
Plan, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Monitor and adjust ad campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring budgets are efficiently utilized.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Audience Research and Customer Journeys:
Conduct research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to align customer journeys with app development.
Reporting and Insights:
Generate regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Continuously track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in marketing data analysis and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
A passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
