Job Description

We are a rapidly growing and well-established SaaS company based in the US seeking a talented, creative, and experienced data analytics professional to join our marketing team in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing campaigns and will be skilled in analyzing marketing data from multiple sources to provide reporting and visualization to optimize performance and drive ROI. This role will play a pivotal part in understanding our marketing efforts’ impact across various channels and presenting insights in a comprehensible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze data across multiple marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Produce insightful reports detailing performance metrics, conversion rates, expenses, and ROI.
• Assist in budget allocation based on campaign performance and potential returns.
• Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Google Analytics & Tag Management:
• Expertise in Google Analytics 4 for event setting, monitoring, and optimization.
• Set up and manage trackers using Google Tag Manager.
• Configure and monitor conversion tracking for multiple platforms.

Marketing Optimization:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Help track marketing success across various platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.

LinkedIn Ad Campaigns:
• Track, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.

Skills and Requirements:
• Experienced as a Data Analyst or in similar fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Console and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SEMrush a plus.
• Ability to produce clear and actionable reports based on complex data sets.
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
• Proficient in data visualization tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
