The demand for recruitment services has never been higher, this has created a need for us to rebuild our systems and processes to better meet this demand. Central to our effective operations is our Analytics Team which we are making our first hire for – immediately.
The Role:
As Virtual Operations Associate, you will fill an essential and highly valuable role within the company. You will provide inputs to other teams within the business, which means you will have chance to contribute on different levels.
Naturally as a small company experiencing fast growth, we are still establishing systems and processes as well as work volumes – therefore a flexible/freelance approach would be our preference initially, with a view to a full-time arrangement in time. There will be a variety of activities to undertake however typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• List building – All data tools provided; all we ask is that you have access to Microsoft Excel/Word/Teams
• Importing curated lists into Marketing systems – Ensuring to adhere to marketing scheduling/cadences.
• Providing performance metrics, reports, and analytics.
• Attend a Biweekly meeting and a monthly meeting with the marketing Manager (Preferably over teams)
• Provide research into, and support implementation of automation and business analytics software/products.
Previous experience in the above skills is welcome but is not a prerequisite. We feel the correct attitude is the most important commodity and can provide all the training required to be successful. Excellent communication in English – both written and spoken, is the most valuable skill which will propel you in this role.
As a result of your interactions with all parts of the company, as our Virtual Operations Assistant, you will build a strong understanding of the business. With this knowledge base combined with your continued pro-activity and enthusiasm, you will have the opportunity to expand the Analytics Team and allocate tasks to specific project teams to achieve our goals even faster.
