___Key Details___
– Must have at least 5 years of experience in marketing.
– Must have excellent spoken and written English.
– Must have reliable power and internet.
– This is a FULL TIME position of 40 hours per week.
– Must work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT -5). (20 hours)
– The remaining 20 hours can be worked at a time of your discretion.
– 12 PH holidays and 12 days of PTO are included.

___Business Summary___
At Websites For Anything, we design and build effective websites for micro-businesses. We specialize in helping locally-focused small businesses with between 1 and 10 employees have a website that effectively supports the way they do business – through word-of-mouth referrals. We call this the “Relationship Website” and support it with our “16 Must-Haves for a Small Business website.”

___Position Summary___
We are excited to offer the position of Marketing Director! This position will only work on WFA marketing, not client projects. Put the Websites For Anything voice & value proposition front-of-mind and help our team grow!

This person will contribute to brainstorming, flesh out strategies, write content, setup & launch campaigns, and then evaluate and adjust. They will have the help of our graphic designers, social media specialist, and website developers. They will do this for newsletter, online ads, and our website. They will also oversee our social media profiles and posts. Above all, they will adapt as we grow – taking on new challenges, offering new ideas, and bringing the best ones to life.

___Skills Required___
– Excellent English – Speak and write English at an excellent level in both professional and familiar tones.
– English-speaking B2B Marketing Experience – Past work experience in a marketing role for American, European, or Australian B2B Marketing.
– Micro-Business Marketing – Apply marketing principles to our micro-business.
– Project Management – Track multiple ongoing projects, deliverables, and due dates. Provide clear, actionable feedback and keep team members on task. Complete projects on time.
– Content Writing – Can write effective content of any type: blogs, page content, titles, SEO descriptions, newsletters, subject lines, ad copy, video outlines, and more.
– Tools – Use digital tools efficiently: video calls, email, chat, CRM, and more

___Desirable (but not required) Skills___
– Graphic Design – Create Ad graphics
– Bachelors of Science in Marketing or Business

___Responsibilities___
– Strategy – Contributes to team discussions on strategy. Makes marketing decisions.
– Campaign Creation – Quickly convert strategies into live campaigns.
– Campaign Management – Oversees both established and new campaigns. Keeps things on schedule. Reviews campaign quality and gives feedback to team members.
– Track and Report – Track progress and results. Report to team with thoughtful recommendations.
– Newsletters & Email Marketing – Write content and subjects. Setup, review, edit, and send campaigns.
– Digital Ads – Write content and titles, oversee graphic design, create Audiences, setup Campaigns, review progress, make recommendations, make changes and manage ad spend.
– Website & Landing Pages – Set the strategy and overall layout. Write the content. Oversee the design and build. Review and provide feedback.
– Sales Documents – Create documents to empower our Sales team.
– Manage Social Media – Ensures social media is in alignment with our brand and supports campaigns.
– SEO – Write page titles, descriptions, and alt text. Use SEO tools and interpret their reports to determine best course of action. Not expected to be a website developer, but to figure out what needs to change.
– Innovate – Continually contribute marketing ideas to solve challenges or open new opportunities.
– Iterate – Keep things fresh by continually refreshing stale campaign messages and graphics.
– Research and Trends – Keep up with trends and research new or untried strategies.
– Team Communication – Use chat, CRM, and email to contribute to an effective team.

___Education & Work Experience___
While there is no minimum education requirement, the employee must demonstrate maturity, respect, and a professional impression in communication, spelling, and grammar. We expect to spend time teaching you about our company, what we offer and how our approach is different from our competitors. We will provide video, written, and hands-on training on our tools and processes.

___Compensation & Work Volume___
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary.
