Job Brief:
We are looking for a competent Marketing Director to oversee The Agent Asset’s marketing department. This primarily involves team management, client management, and developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our clients’ market presence. We help our clients find a “voice” that will stand out among the crowd.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the people, able to juggle several tasks and campaigns at once, and have a keen sense of design and brand awareness. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist who can drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

The goal is to increase our client’s brand awareness and visibility on social media, create customized campaigns, and assist with other brand-related initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise the marketing department and provide guidance and feedback to our team’s marketing assistants
Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns and follow up with the marketing team to ensure deadlines are met promptly
Communicate directly with clients to discuss current and upcoming marketing projects
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
Plan and execute campaigns for several clients
Responsible for producing valuable content that aligns with each individual brand for the client’s online presence.
Conduct general market research to keep up to date on trends
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the client’s business activities

Qualifications & Skills:
Managerial experience 1+ years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Top-notch customer service
Attention to detail
Ability to understand brands and design
Analytical and critical thinking
Understand how to use cloud-based products such as G-suite, Airtable, and Canva
Adapts quickly to new technologies
Knowledgeable on topics like social media trends and marketing strategies

Bonus Skills
Basic to advanced knowledge of the real estate industry, lending, and title work is a bonus
GoogleAds, Facebook/ META Ads, and SEO knowledge is a bonus
